One place: the structure of what you run (LOBs, the agents commissioned to them, the goals they hold) as the way around; the thing you are looking at in the middle, with its verbs; what needs you on the right. Type to find a thing, or a verb (goal add <lob> "<title>", lob add <name> [under <lob>], commission <agent> to <lob>; to steer: pause|resume|drain <agent>, priority <goal> top|up|down|bottom, close <goal>, tell <agent> "<text>", snooze <question> until YYYY-MM-DD ["why"], wake <question>; for a goal's state: goal kind <goal> recurring|once [daily], criterion add <goal> "…", criterion met <goal> <criterion>, goal add <goal> "…" (a sub-goal); a thing is named by id, an id prefix or a unique piece of its name, and an ambiguous name lists the candidates): a verb becomes a proposal you confirm, never a silent write. Free phrasing needs an agent to answer, and none is wired yet.
